While proton therapy offers advantages over photon therapy with regard to lack of exit dose, proton dose distribution is more sensitive to organ motion and anatomic changes. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the treatment plan robustness for recurrent NSCLC patients undergoing proton treatment through adaptive re-planning.
