Research Downloads
Thank you for participating in our research! Please read this entire page before downloading the data.
Downloading the data
In any web browser, please download the following three files:
When you have downloaded the compressed .zip file, you will need to extract the data out of the compressed archive. You can do this by right-clicking and selecting "Extract All..." and then selecting a convenient location such as your Desktop.

Importing the data
If you are going to use MIM to import the data, you can use the "Import..." button in the bottom left corner of the patient list interface. Repeat this process for each patient. The patient names will be the same as the .zip file names.
Contouring instructions
You will be contouring 5 structures, which should be named as follows:
You may use any tool or technique you like to draw the structures, including manual tools, auto-contouring tools, or a combination of tools. Please make a note of which tools you ended up using for each structure, as this will help us in our analysis.
Although this is a research project, we would request that you treat these datasets the same way that you would normally draw structures for clinical use. Please do not spend undue extra time or try to achieve extra accuracy that you would not attempt to achieve on regular patients. This is not an evaluation of your contouring skills. We are simply trying to get a sense of what tools people use and how contours are typically drawn in everyday practice.
When you have completed your contouring, please contact your investigator for re-upload instructions.

- Lung_L
